Youth Check-In & Registration

Orion Sports Community offers free martial arts and combat sports programs for youth ages 6–18. Parents and guardians can register their child for classes, complete the consent and safety waiver, and reserve a training spot using the form below. All information is kept confidential and used solely for program participation and safety compliance.
